Digital Photo Prints... So Versatile It's Ridiculous

Most of us have a truck load of old photos taken with a film camera that we’ve taken over many years & it’s quite enjoyable looking through them & reminiscing about old times. And really ‘old times’ is where this type of photography came from. Folks just don’t use film cameras anymore.

These are devices of a bygone era!

Nowadays we rarely ever have any photos printed at all but whenever we do, the actual printing process is so much easier. One of the key benefits of digital cameras is we can store the photos on our PC hard drive & view them anytime we like. Digital printing is way more versatile than film printing and so much more can be done with this process than can be achieved using film.

In the days of film, a photo was taken, then developed & it came out warts and all. Any color variations, undesirable backgrounds, etc were to be seen forever. In these times any corrections or changes to a photo were done manually with a tiny brush. However, these days, we can look at the image onscreen and fix up just about any problem at all before we print it. Even a rank amateur can produce a digital print that’s next to perfect. There are so many options available with digital photo prints.

You can choose thick or thin paper, glossy or mat, colored or white on many different finishes. Another option that’s gaining big demand is printing on canvas. There’s a number of benefits with this option, the life of the print is extended & they can also be stretched over a picture frame to produce an attractive & personal showpiece for the home.

Digital photo prints can also be utilized for making your own, personalized birthday cards and special gifts. You can have your photo framed, printed onto a mug, a hat and even a Tshirt to wear yourself of to give to someone.

There’s just so many options & situations where digital printing can be used.

Obviously you can print out photos just you did in the old days on your film camera, blow them up & enlarge and edit them. However, with digital photo prints, you’re able to create attractive works of art using editing software then print them on various materials that are way more innovative than plain old white photographic paper.

Digital prints will simply look much better whether they’re printed on plain paper, canvas, T shirts or coffee mugs.
